1. License Grant

Bonroy Ltd. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Bensay (the "Software") on devices you own. The Software is provided "as is".

2. Intellectual Property

The Software and all of its code, interfaces, models, prompts, algorithms, and the "Bensay / 笨说" trademarks and all derivatives are owned by Bonroy Ltd. and protected by copyright and trademark law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Without Bonroy Ltd.'s written permission, you may not:

• decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the Software, or attempt to obtain its source code, keys, or API credentials;
• copy, clone, or create derivative works of the Software or any substantial part, or build a functionally similar competing product;
• resell, redistribute, or rent the Software, or offer a competing service based on it;
• abuse the Software's backend APIs (including the speech-recognition / AI-cleanup services) via automation, unauthorized clients, or shared credentials, or circumvent account, quota, or rate-limit mechanisms.

4. Accounts & Service

Speech recognition and AI cleanup rely on cloud services operated by Bonroy Ltd. and require a valid account; we may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts for abnormal usage.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonroy Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms; you must then stop using and delete the Software.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

By downloading, installing, or using Bensay, you accept these terms.
